We understand that you may need assistance with technology from time to time. Its our goal that you can enjoy the maximum utilization from your computing investments, and to assist you we offer a range of technical support options.

Technical support offerings differ based on whether you need support for a Tech Solutions' Software Product or general technical support for computers & networks in your organization.

Each group of offerings is described below:

Tech Solutions Software Product Support

All Tech Solutions software products are supported through our ONLINE FORUMS.

In addition, for customers who have purchased Eclipse Service Management Software directly from Tech Solutions (ie. customers not serviced by a local reseller in their region), we also offer personal, one-on-one support for Eclipse Service Management Software if the license holder has an active support agreement with us. All new software purchases of Eclipse come with a 90 day Priority Support agreement with the purchase for free, however after this 90 day period has elapsed, support is only available if the client has purchased an annual support agreement. Each Eclipse customer is sent an email with support renewal status, costs and process. If you need to get this information for your system, please CONTACT US.

In addition to priority telephone tech support options for Eclipse, our support agreements include free upgrades to later versions of Eclipse while the agreement is active. This protects the investment in the software by ensuring that the client has access to the latest version of the products.

All Software Product Support (other than through our support forums) is available during Tech Solutions' normal business hours (8:30AM - 6:00PM, Mon-Fri, Arizona Time). Support forums are available 24/7 for support and usually have faster response times outside of business hours than waiting for our office to re-open.

Outsourced IT Computer & Network Support

In addition to our products, we offer a full service offsite IT support services to clients in the Arizona area. Our speciality is Linux & Windows solutions, with an emphasis on Open Source solutions. This enables us to assist a client in obtaining the lowest cost of IT ownership available.

Our system engineers can build servers to client specifications, provide redundant backup services, implement entire data center builds and network infrastructure cabling, etc. We specialize in high security environments, including PCI and HIPAA compliance, and have many government clients with high security regulations. We also offer computer forensic, security and network penetration testing services.

Our outsourced IT support services are ideal for small organizations that cannot justify the cost of their own IT staff, or have an overwhelmed IT department who need to partner with an external company to bolster their needs, or assist with a larger than normal project.

IT Computer and Network Support services can be available on a Time & Materials basis, or through a number of Support Agreement packages.
