We understand that getting support for your products is critical to
being able to get the most out of your investment. We also understand
that 'one size fits all' doesn't work when it comes to support.
Therefore we offer product support in two categories:

Online Support Forums
(All consumer & developer products) |
Non-business related software (ie. consumer and developer
products) have their support provided online through our support
forums. Our forums are monitored regularly and normally
posting a question on the forums will yield an answer within
24 business hours (often much sooner). You can also review
solutions to problems that have been resolved in the past
online there as well.

Priority Technical Support
(Business products only ) |
Our business software products can have personal technical support available,
however this is provided to customers pursuant to a Support
Maintenance agreement that must be in affect at the time
of the support incident. Support maintenance can be purchased
for any business software or web application purchase
at an annual fee. Personal Technical Support is offered
to US & Canadian customers
only. Other regions should contact their Tech Solutions
product resellers for support.
