How to unlock your purchased software
The following instructions apply to anyone who has purchased Tech Solutions software through our online store, but not through the software itself. The procedure to upgrade below should be followed exactly in order to ensure a smooth registration process.
- We'll
assume you have already installed your software on your computer in Trial
mode. Once the software is installed, start it in a normal manner.
- You will notice that this version reverts to a trial mode.
This is because you will need to obtain a new registration file
for your installation. Click on the PURCHASE button.
Don't worry - if you have already purchased the software you will not be charged anything at this time. It is just required to get your owner details installed into the software.
Once you have clicked on the PURCHASE button, you will be presented with a form like below. Fill out all the details.
Press PROCEED TO PURCHASE when completed.
This will open a web browser up on your system. You will need to be connected to the Internet at this time. You will be presented with the Tech Solutions licensing purchase system.
Verify that the information presented is correct for your system. If it is click on the INFO IS CORRECT... PROCEED TO PURCHASE. If not, click on INFO is NOT CORRECT.
If the information is correct, and after you click on the PROCEED button, you will be presented with the following web page:
This is the EULA (End User License Agreement) page. Review the information and if acceptible click on the 'I have read the above agreement...' checkbox. This will take you to the next step in the software registration:
Click on the Checkbox to agree to the return policy, and finally click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT
At this point, do not go any further. You have now successfully registered your software with Tech Solutions. Once this is done, you will shortly after receive a Registration file by email for your system. The registration file will end with a .TRG extension. Do not lose this file as it contains your software registration information specifcially for your computer.
- Once you have received your registration file by email, follow
the directions below to install it into your software. This will
complete the upgrade process and you will be able to completely
use your newly upgraded system.
